Affordable air came to my house the same day my furnace broke and had it fixed in 30 minutes. They did a great job and the price was very fair. I am completely satisfied with the service. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend affordable Air to anyone that wants a good job and a good price. L.V.

I just recently called them and made sure to tell them that it was thru my property managment that they would be dealing with for payment and it was up to them if they used them or not. they said that was fine. the guy came out and was really nice he gave me a quote to give to the prop. managment and said not to worry about the $35 srvs. charge for him to come out since he jsut looked at it and knew what was wrong with it. I said thank you and that was that. The prop. managment decided not to go with them and another air service came and said that it wasn't even the right problem that Affordable air said and it was only going to be like $20 to fix instead of the $300 that was quoted from this comp. well aff. air called me today and said that I would now need to pay for the $35 service charge since we didn't use them. I just think that's unfair since they knew from the begenning that it wasn't a forsure deal and that the guy said it was fine. would not recommend them. or get 2nd quote
