Clinica Sierra Vista, incorporated in 1971 and headquartered in Bakersfield, Calif., is a private nonprofit corporation that provides primary health care and preventive health education services to rural, urban and migrant patient population, belonging to low and moderate income groups. Clinica Sierra Vista operates more than 14 primary care community health centers located throughout California, including Bakersfield, Arvin, Lamount, Lake Isabella and Wofford Heights. It offers multiple health education and prevention programs and services that include behavioral health services, clinical support and homeless health care programs, health promotion and family education programs and health care services for women, children and infants.
