South Hunterdon Regional High School provides various academic and athletic activities. Its academic department includes art, business education, family consumer science, industrial and language arts and mathematics. The school also provides education in music, physical education, science, social studies and world languages. It offers polytechnic programs and guidance and counseling for students. The school provides training in advanced technologies, learning styles and methodologies. It offers a variety of athletic activities, including softball, football, basketball, baseball, tracking, volleyball, gymnastics and wrestling.
