I lived here for two years, and I have to say, this has been the worst place I've lived at overall. Noisy loud apartments, cheap construction, mold growing in walls, getting maintenance was like pulling teeth, and would get harassed by staff. Staff was friendly uppon moving in, but after moving in, was not accommodating, was rude, and made me feel uncomfortable enough I didn't like ever going back in the office again to speak with the manager or anyone else. price were higher than the rest of Lakewood. crime was high, had multiple break ins to cars and my home. Had hit and runs happen in the apartment complex. A guy tried sneaking into my roommates window with a camera recording her while she was changing clothes. a women was assaulted the day I moved out. a service member killed by a drug addict. The apartment complex is next door to a mental hospital, so weird people would wander in around the complex, asking for money, and to use my phone. smelled like drugs. Upon moving out, I was charged 850 bucks for the carpet, even though i lived there 2 years, and the carpet was falling apart. I was promised a 5% discount for being military, however they never gave it. Upon reporting them to the BBB, they didn't respond to to them about my complaint, and sent my bill, little after 45 days after moving out to collections. Just staing the facts here, and hope no one else has to go through that again.
