- Electrical Service/RepairWe received outstanding support from Joe in the service department who went out of his way to help us get our 5th wheel working again. We bought our 2015 Montana High Country new from Tacoma RV (our second, the first a new 2006 Cougar). On our recent return trip from Arizona, we had some work done in Arizona to replace both the 7 way truck connector and trailer plug. Unfortunately it was wired incorrectly causing a failure in our 5th wheels electrical system (the slide-outs and jacks stopped working). Called Tacoma RV and was connected to Joe in the service department. After getting a multi meter, Joe walked me thru the process to determine I had a faulty 30 amp circuit breaker/buse. He advised me I could find one at the local auto parts store, which I purchased, replaced and now everything works as good as new. Did I mention that Joe was on his way to his daughters rehearsal dinner when he talked me thru this process!!! Thanks Joe for going way above and beyond the norm to get us up and running again.
