DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are pleasant enough in their interactions with you, WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY REACH SOMEONE. I spent months trying to get an order of coins appropriately designed and fulfilled with the company. They did a great job in designing the coin but failed miserably in fulfillment of the order. My guess is they need to seek a new company to manufacture the coins that they design because the coins that were delivered (on multiple occasions) were of poor quality. You could tell they were carelessly created. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I cannot tell you how many times I called and left a message with their call center to speak with Kristin or the owner, only to not hear anything back from them and have to call again. Same with e-mails.
