My last vehicle i purchased my deck, four door speakers, my amp, and my sub from them. Got a new truck. Had four door speakers, and new deck installed. The back speakers didn't work, and the fader on the deck was backwards. Went back, and had them look at it. When they were done only the back speakers worked. They said it was the deck that malfunctioned. Went into the store to talk to the owner, and was told that the installer had it hooked up right now, and that was why i only had my rear speakers working now. I took that to mean that they knew that the installer had it hooked up wrong, but told me that i would have to buy a new deck,and that they would install it free. Told them to forget about it. It's not the money, it's the principal! Many times i was waiting to have something installed, and had to wait longer because one of their homies could slide in, and have something done. Will be buying a new deck, and having it installed, but not there! Professionalism? I DON'T THINK SO!
