Rob (Service Mgr) was the bomb! He told me exactly what part we would need to get our dryer up & running w/out the hassle of having a tech come to our rental property. Thx so much!!

We purchased, for our new home, a washer, dryer and refrigerator. I was pleased with the prices and customer service I received at our local Buckley location. Delivery was set up for the following Monday. Over the course of the delivery, the transition piece on our floor from the living room to the kitchen was broke in half, 10 floor boards of our less than 24 hour old laminate floor were scratched and dented and the fridge was not fully installed or pushed back. This was over 2 weeks ago. Long story short, we have made phone calls, sent emails, pictures, offered to get our own quotes to repair since their repair contractor hasn't contacted us, and finally requested commercial insurance information. I was given the contractors phone number, but it is not my job to contact their partner to repair the damage they did to my home. Today I was told that I have to talk to someone else tomorrow who handles the insurance information. I won't ever recommend, at this time, doing business with this company to anyone.

I will never shop anywhere else....these guys have gone above and beyond their duties as salesmen and installers to get my oven and dishwasher hooked up and running.......thanks bunches......deb in Orting!!!

I've gone to these guys twice and I won't be back. The first time I bought a stackable washer and dryer for a rental property in Kent. The thing worked for about a month and then the washer stopped working. I brought it back to them and they told me there was a switch that broke and it was my tenant's fault. They fixed it with a charge of $150.00The second time I visited this place I had a dishwasher that needed repair. They told me it would be cheaper to buy a new/refurbished one and that they'd give me a discount for bringing in my old one. I called back two days later; not only did they not have the dishwasher they said they would sell me, the offered me a different one for $250 more. They also got rid of my other dishwasher without giving it back to me to allow me to fix it.The guys are nice, but I won't be back. They've got me twice.D

My washer died and I needed to find one fast. My schedule is seriously hectic so I had called quite a few places and no one was even open. Doug answered the phone told me what they had and I went in. They were very helpful, and when I had the option to buy a new washer they told me that for myself the one I picked would be just fine. That saved me over $400!! They have warranties on all of their products and they even delivered it within an hour and a half!!! Very impressed and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!!!

I broke the ceramic top to a new stove I had just bough 9 months earlier at Home Depot. Home Depot said they don't repair and couldn't recommend any repair companies either. I called lots of repair places including the manufacturer, but they all had to make appointments where I would have had to take a day off and wait at home for them. I found Appliance NW on line. They allowed me to bring the stove to them so I didn't have to take time off from work. They fixed it in 2 days, and for less than any of the other quotes I had been given. The best part is that I think they also fixed a factory flaw that the stove had before I broke it. It never used to heat up fast, but now it boils water faster and cooks more evenly than it did before the fix. On top of that, they are friendly and accomidating people, and I highly reccomend them. Also, the next time I buy appliances I will buy from them as I found out they also sell new and used appliances as well.

Very reliable. Great service. Very knowledgable in repairs. We bought a used dishwasher from them. It had a very small leak. They ordered a part, and were back two days later to fix it! The dishwasher might as well be new! No extra cost, no questions asked. They are great people! Highly recommended!!

Called and talked to Joe about a problem with dryer. he recomended that i check breaker first to see if that was the problem. Dryer heated up right away. Thanks Joe for saving me time and money. You guys have a customer for life.

From start to finish these guys were great. The repair guy that came out tried to fix our fridge as it continued to leak out water in his pathway. After he cleaned up the mess of water he told us it wasn't worth fixing. My husband asked if they sold fridges at there store, he said "yes, and they are very reasonably priced, new and used and if you buy from us this service call is half off.". My husband went straight over to their store where he was greeted as soon as he walked through the door. He told the man he needed something inexpensive but reliable. He showed him several models and after he picked the one he wanted he asked if the price could be reduced at all. The gentleman that he was talking to was the owner, who said "yes". He was able to save us $200.00 on the price tag and $129.00 on the service call. A few hours later our fridge was delivered and installed by yet another great employee named Chris P. Not only is he good at his job but he has a sense of humor too

I went in to Appliance NW because my washer quit agitating and wouldn't spin. I was there to purchase one of their reconditioned washers. The sales clerk asked me what kind of washer I had and what was wrong with it. After telling him, he suggested I bring it to them for repair instead of purchasing one. It turned out that it was a simple fix and it only cost me $70.00. I was ready to purchase a unit for $189.00. It's hard to find honest businesses in today's world and it's really nice to have one right on South Hill. I no longer have to drive to Tacoma for my appliance needs.

Do appliances acually appreciate after decades of use??It would appear they do in this store.After a quick walk through looking for an emergency replacement wash machine, my wife and i left dissapointed. Prices were not even reasonable enough for a good place to start haggling.To be fair, we were only looking at their used appliances, maybe they have some killer deals on the new stuff.Don't go for the used.

Had an in home dryer repair done. Very pleased, Called at 5pm (After being stood up by Sears repair) they had tech. out at 10am next day. Tech promptly fixed problem. He also tore dryer completely apart and removed all the lint to prevent reoccurance. Tech. was very qualified and curtious. Glad I found these guys will use them again when needed.
