My wife and I undertook a huge renovation project about 6 years ago. The project included a new kitchen and hardwood floors throughout the entire house.
During the winter months, we noticed that the hardwood would "cup" a bit on the edges, making the floor appear uneven. We contacted our contractor, who then contacted Woodhaven. After an inspection of the "cupping" problem, Woodhaven brought the manufacturer of the product into the picture.
When the manufacturer ultimately decided that they weren't going to do anything for us, Woodhaven stepped up and refinished the ENTIRE job in order to make us happy. They charged us NOTHING.
The floor looks fantastic, and we are so happy with the service they provided. I would definitely use them for any/all of my future projects, and wholeheartedly recommend them.
