      Years ago Point Bay was a good company, now it's not. My family (grandfather, mother, and me) have been buying heating oil from Point Bay for 50 years. When we called today we were told they were too busy with automatic deliveries to deliver oil to regular customers and to buy our oil elsewhere. They now have more customers than they can handle and just don't care about them.
