I haven't been to this place in at least a few years, but I always had excellent service when I did go and I did go often. About every 3months for about 5years. I am planning on going this week once I find the hours of operation. I hope I have a good experience b/c w/in looking for the actual website for hours and services, I am finding sites with nothing but bad reviews. Not feeling very confident about this. Well, I'll see and will report back. I always cut to the chase and insist on getting exactly what I ordered-nothing more or less and that has never been an issue.

They have always given me good service and treated me courteously.

I have been going here for some time for oil changes and car washes. My wife also had her car detailed here and was happy. But recently I brought my car in for an oil change and watched them try to sell everyone in the waiting area some kind of extra service including myself. But that wasn't my main problem. I ASKED for a $55 oil change and they gave me the $75 oil change. When I told the owner that's not what I asked for I was given a free candy bar. The following day I returned for my free car wash and the owner tells me she spoke to the tech and they said it was their mistake. I normally get the $75 oil change (which some how turned into $103) so that's why they gave me that one. I told her I should not have to pay for their mistake and I wanted to be refunded the difference. She felt she was not wrong and refused. I feel they are taking advantage of people and will post reviews wherever I can until I feel satisfied! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
