Had hail damage on my 2015 BMW in May of this year. They were fantastic to work with USAA. Covered my $1,000 deductible and even reimbursed my rental car when they took forever to get the car approved because Solution Works would not respond to them, me, no one and wouldn't get the estimate to StormWise like they needed. The repair work looked great. I know they got slammed this year, so I know they were taking a while to repair cars, but my experience was fantastic.
