Had problems with my Dell laptop....Dell sent me a new hard drive, but said I was on my own for data recovery. Called Sector Logics and got a rough estimate by phone, then sent in my hard drive for a free evaluation and the firm quote was a lower price! Theyt recovered all of my data and suggested a couple methods to use in the future to protect my data. They were very responsive and helpful, even when I kinda pestered them with questions. I highly recommend them if you need data recovery.
