It isn t difficult to find Casa Bonita in Lakewood, Colo. The restaurant s exterior is adorned with a pink, 85-foot tower, topped by a dome covered with 22-karat gold leaf and a statue of Quahuatomec, the last Aztec emperor. Casa Bonita is unique on the inside as well. Diners can enjoy a variety of entertainers, including flame jugglers, cliff divers diving off 30-foot cliffs into a pool, mariachi bands, Mexican dancers and even a 500-pound gorilla. The 52,000-square-foot restaurant is separated into several dining areas, including the plaza, poolside, the caverns, the gold mine and the silver mine.
