Ena provides very poor customer service. She has personal issues that interfere with her business decisions. I could go on about my experience with her (I used her for two years) but it's not worth my time. BTW, the one 5 star post by Guest61518 is a fake. She doesn't steam clean carpets. Trust me and just use another *more professional* service.

Sparkling Clean knocked it out of the park. They did all of my windows, steam cleaned my rugs and carpet and put a serious hurting on everything in the house. And I mean EVERYTHING. Highly recommend this company to anyone living in LA. Good price, good people and hallelujah my house is clean!!
