      CALLING THE STORE IS AWFUL.... WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. HE SAID THAT THE PHONE ARE WORKING. ....WHEN I CALLED THE STORE WITH THE MANAGER NEXT TO ME ! NO ANSEWER AFTER 2MTS...

      Good quality for the price

      calling the store is horrible....you have to listen to all the different departments and then when you press for your department, you are left on eternal hold....not fun!

      great experiences when i visit this location however calling for service after the sale terrible

      I was on hold for the operator 7 minutes after which I requested to be transferred to the department that sales Ipods. I've now been on hold for an additional 15 minutes and when I finish this I am going to hang up and call elsewhere.
