My visits have been very pleasant from the front desk to the orthodontist. Everyone is very caring. As a senior citizen with lots of spaces, I thought I was doomed to look like that forever. However, I was fitted with braces and cared for and now I smile all the time. I am so thankful. Although my dentist recommended me others told me it was a great place to go and high recommended Dr. Bowlby.

The staff is first class always, very informative and easy to work with.They always explain what they did on each visit and how my son is doing with his wires and brushing. Great job by all!!

I just started bringing my son to Lakeville Orthodontics 6 months ago (we've been in twice). I was immediately impressed with the facility, and how welcoming everyone was. My son loved all of the fun games, special attention, and is excited to start saving up tokens to get gift cards! The technology they have to show you very detailed pictures of what is going on with my son's teeth were great. The doctor did a great job explaining what he is seeing, and recommending next steps to ensure the best results in the coming months and long-term. I have already recommended Lakeville Orthodontics to friends!

Short wait time in waiting area. After son's appt., they explain to parent what they did, why they did it and when to come back.
Easy and quick to make returning appt.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating! Both of my older children have had braces thru this office and their smiles have turned out beautiful. The whole process was quite seamless from beginning to end.

These guys are excellent! My last appointment; which was a post checkup was a wonderful experience, everyone was courteous as usual and I was in and out really fast :)

Once again we had a great experience at Lakeville Orthodontics! The staff are always so kind and upbeat and make my daughter feel very relaxed. We don't have braces yet but know they are in our future and the doctor is always very clear about what the plans are and what we need to do to bridge her to when she has braces put on. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Very professional staff. Warm, comfortable yet fun waiting area. Fun incentives for kids to keep up their brushing and flossing. Very kid friendly atmosphere. We moved 30 miles away but chose to remain here instead of being referred somewhere close to our new home.

Very clean and welcoming waiting room. They employ friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. My son enjoys going to his appointments. He also enjoys the incentive token program. His teeth look great.

Our two years are up and my son has a perfect smile. We were pleased with the staff, the service and the beautiful facility. The incentive token program really paid off in the end. $60 in Best Buy gift cards!

We have 4 children who all have their ortho care done here. The staff is friendly and they work hard to schedule our kids appointments close together to avoid multiple trips. We also have sports players and appreciate the mouth guards. It has been an ongoing positive experience!

Great staff at every level. My son has always been treated with respect and kindness. We used a different orthodontist with our older son and only wish we'd found Lakeville Orthodontics sooner. Far and above the rest!

This place is very nice. The people here talk to you so your not so nervous!! They have a point system where you can buy things for cleaning your teeth and "excellent rubber band wear" and you can buy things like an IPOD SHUFFLE!!!! I really like this place and I'm very glad that I go here!!!!

We were in for a consultation. My step-daughter took her homework out of her bag and they called our name, wait time was maybe 1 minute. When the orthodontist came in, he was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, especially the financial ones. He didn't seem to want to rush me out. I am very pleased with our service and expect to get braces on my step-daughter this spring.

The staff at lakeville orthodontics are all very friendly, and the token system they have is a big insentive on keeping up with your teeth!!
