I bought a Nordic Hot Tub from them in August. On December 22nd we had a small problem with it. Called and spoke to Matt, he said he could be out the next day. Came out diagnosed the problem and said he would be back on the 24th to fix it but in the meantime he had got it running so it wouldn't freeze. On christmas eve he was there just like promised and had everything fixed within an hour all covered by warranty. You can't find many businesses that stand behind their products like Apollo.
