      General Info

      Steve Johnson, owner of All Points Inspections, will provide you with a thorough home inspection in a timely manner, so home owners can move into their new home as soon as possible. Steve is a veteran with professionalism, education, training, and integrity. He wants his clients to be informed about their purchase so they can proceed with confidence and peace of mind with their new home. He will find time within their schedule, so they can be present during the inspection and will take time to explain his findings and answer any questions along the way. He uses the state of the art report writing software that includes pictures of any findings as well as detailed diagrams on the correct example of the deficiency. Also available is the agent booking app which allows Real Estate Agents to book an inspection from their own phone on the spot, this eliminates having to make several calls to book an appointment. Steve graduated from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and has experience inspecting homes that range from newer style homes to homes that were built 125 years ago. He is also certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and a member of American Association of Radon Scientist (AARST) for radon testing. Steve has completed background check and is a screened and approved contractor with Home Advisor. He will go above and beyond to help you find solutions to any obstacle.
