      Christel's European Delicatessen and Bistro has stocked its cooled display cases with the best and largest collection of German sausages, cheeses and delicatessen, and loaded the shelves with a variety of authentic European groceries and breads! Come in, sit down in one of our cozy bistro-booths and enjoy a freshly prepared sandwich with your favorite sausage or cheese accompanied by our original homemade Kartoffelsalat (potato-salad). Look out for our weekly special offers, and taste again the old fashioned German Wurstsalat (Bavarian bologna salad), Fleischsalat, Frikadelle (meat patty), or whatever Christel thought of preparing for your enjoyment. The one item you can get every day is our signature original Bratwurst, served with homemade Kartoffelsalat (potato salad), Sauerkraut and a fresh crisp Brtchen (bread roll). Planning a party and looking for catering with a European touch? You come to the right place! We can prepare sausage and cheese platters, variations of homemade salads and breads, and full multi-course dinners made special to your orders.Sausage & More is very different than the usual Deli. Chritel is glad to continue the tradition of a well known German sausage shop in town, where she gained the experience and knowledge, and most of all the personal touch required to cater successfully to the ever demanding clientele looking for the real European taste experience.
