Lakeport Community Seventh-day Adventist Church involves any outreach to the community by the various programs run through the church, classes, seminars, evangelism and work programs. Located in Lakeport, Calif., the church helps the community with Native New Day Bible Studies, Bibles, emergency food, clothing and simple household items, such as bedding and dishes. It also organizes wellspring diabetic seminar to teach attendees about the importance of eating the right foods and how to effectively reduce their risk of diabetes.
