The building ownership changed 2 years ago and there has beeen a great improvement in the facilities and service. Maintenance is alot faster and more reliable. The pool area and laundry have been redone. The people at the office are helpful.

We like it, good for the price very quite close to my son school and good location and the staff is very friendly.

Their buildings are dilapidated and they refuse to spend the proper time and money to provide a proper solution. Instead they do minimal patchwork which causes additional long term problems.
