Good like panine sandwich

What a mess. Newly remodeled restaurant with seeminly new untrained employees. The drive thru was backed up with 11 cars so I went inside. 25 minutes later, I had witnessed insanity. 12 families behind me and I was still waiting for a portion of my food. I simply ordered a double (I got a double stack instead), a salad and a shake. The shake took 3 different employees to make. The register wasn't working and I had to do 2 different transactions for those 3 items. The debit card, when used a 2nd time, requires the supervisors "finger", and that "finger" was busy held up the line. I watched food get returned that was wrong and cold. The manager was making the sandwiches very fast but the accompanying food wasn't ready, so the sandwiches got cold. I was still standing there waiting for my shake 25 minutes later. My son's burger was cold, but at that point, I felt like I was being held hostage and I wanted out. The food costs have to be through the roof.
