After 23 years in the flooring business working for others, Ron and Julia decided it was time to work for themselves and open their own flooring company. That was the start of Valle Floors & More, which brings together Ron’s experience as a foreman with 3- to 15-man crews and Julia’s experience as a business owner. Together, they run one of the most trusted and honest flooring and tile companies in Lakeland, FL—a woman-owned business. And it’s everything they could have imagined.
