Roach fell on my lap from the air conditioner vent above me. Disgusting. Never eating here again.

Went in for dinner at 8:45 and closing was 10:00 my husband and I we had a couple of appetizers as well as our dinner however dinner came out at10:00 pm right at closing his mashed potatoes were cold and my bake potato was as well. I have been here several time prior but never had terrible service like this our bill was $75.00 for the two of us and the service was awful we never got bread or salad not sure if it still comes with the meal with there new menu and I never even asked because my husband sent the potato skins back because they were burnt it was an awful experience totally it will be quite some time before I return here again spending this kind of money and leave unhappy.
This establishment is not cheap, but the food is delicious and the service efficient.My family and I, all seniors, went there once and were seated by a noisy table that included tired toddlers. We complained and were seated by ANOTHER table that included noisy toddlers. Our seating options were limited that night. It was not a good night, but the other times we've been there were very pleasant.

over priced for the quality of the meat. Service wass not that good there is a lot to improve on for thr price of the meal.
My family and I have been coming here for over 14 years. We really enjoy the atmosphere, and the service is wonderful not to mention the fact that you can't get a better steak in central florida. Unless you go to one of their sister companies. Order there Cowboy. You won't be sorry you did. I have to say that their specialty salad is got to be my favorite of all.

The steak is absolutely fabulous, the difficulty finding a parking space and the crowded atmosphere keeps me from going here often but is a place I always keep coming back to, order the sauteed mushrooms with your steak and pour them on top and you will never experience a more delicious combination.
