If you need something printed, this is definitely NOT the place to go. I dropped off a print job and they said it would be ready the next day. It wasn't. They said they would take care of it right away, but they didn't, I had to wait another two days for them to get the job done and then they did not print two sides of a four page newsletter. This, in spite of the fact that they charged an extra $34 to hand collate 170 copies, so they were actually looking at these while they were doing it. How is that possible? I asked them to redo the order correctly and they agreed with no problem. They said they would call when it was ready, No call, so I went in two days later and they only had 145 of the 170 done. I took the 145 with me and they said they would call when the other 25 were finished. It's been another two days and still no call. I called them and they can't find my order. They called after about 10 minutes and the order was not done. Hopefully, it will be done sometime today. Further, they did not fold half of the 145 copies the way they were supposed to. The bottom line is that these folks are just incompetent. Don't ever use them. If there was a rating less than one star, that's what I would give them.

The store to find all your office needs, at a fair price, and a large selection

I find this northside Staples nicer to shop at than most. I shop at Staples in a couple of cities. I attribute this to women in management who consistently provide great customer service. That is despite the fact Staples Corporate can't seem to correct my personal information, connecting me to a business I have never worked with, after many requests.
