Dr. Serot did my double knee surgery while doing practice at Belleville Memorial in Belleville, Illinois. This was almost 10 years ago, and I am still doing great. He and his associates were friendly and professional at all times. I wish he were back here in case I need further surgeries.All of his patients I have talked to feel the same.
