Arts transmission of Lakeland fl is a very poor service company.They are unreliable, and dishonest company.I had my truck sent to them because I heard there service was great.Come to find out they definitely are not all what anyone thinks they are.The first time I had my car in there shop I didn't receive it for 6 months.When it was there every time I called them they had an excuse why they had not started on the car.Most of the excuses were that they were really busy.When I went up there several times they were sitting and hanging out with an empty shop.As my car was sitting out in the sun getting ruined.6 months later i finally recived my car.I had it 2 months then the transmission went out again.I took it back to them under Warranty it has been a year since i have seen my car running again.I have called them 3 times a week and go up there once a week and they haven't started on it yet after i gave them the money I'm still waiting.$3900.00 later I've been ripped off and I would and never will recommend this company Arts transmission to anyone.

Art's Transmissions came highly recommended to me from a friend who has used Art's in the past. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Art(Evans) was very upfront and honest with me and gave me a awesome guarantee on my work I had done. I will be using Art's Transmissions for all my auto repairs from here on out. For honest, reliable service, you just don't find them like Art's anymore.
