I have lived in this community for eight years. I have not regretted it a day. The location is close to everything in Lakeland. The Lake side Village mall is with in a mile. I could walk if I wanted to. The people are great and there is a lot to do especially when the northerns are down. The community is really well kept and everyone takes pride in there homes. Highly recommend this community.

I have lived in this community for 7 years and I love it!! The landscaping, clubhouse and pool are wonderful. The people are super friendly. Bingo and cards are some of the fun activities we enjoy. We are close to everything in Lakeland. I do not regret my decision to purchase a home in Mas Verde. I hope this review helps someone else.

One star is too high, but that is the lowest I can give on this site. The lots are small and the units are overpriced, but that is not the worst part of this 'community.' Management is dishonest and arbitrary. Rules are enforced to the letter if they do not personally like you, but barely enforced if they do. Residents are superficially friendly, but closed to building any real friendships. We met more people our first morning in our new home and park than we did in a full year at Mas Verde. In three months during the summer we have done more with more people/friends than we did in our year at M.V. Avoid it like the plague and look at the other parks nearby. You will find better management, nicer residents and a real community at any of the other parks.

I have lived in this community now for 5 years. It is a great community to reside in and has great amenities. You cannot beat the location because it is convenient to shopping and to medical facilities as well as to the downtown area. The property is very well maintained and the management staff is friendly and accomidating. Their lot rents are compariable to other properties similiar that I shopped as were their prices.

I have lived here for about 3 years. I love it. The pool is fabulous and the people are great. They have activities such as Bingo, pot lucks and dances. During the winter season the place really gets hopping. I would recommend this community to anyone.

This place has been one of the best communities that I have ever lived in. It is quiet, close to everything and has a reasonable lot rent. If you are looking for a community that looks classy but with out the high lot rent this is your place.
