Fantastic store. The female sales associates spent as much time as needed to fit my husband with a great of shoes. This has been the only place in-person or online that he has been able to purchase shoes in the last few years. Very positive customer service.

Not real knowledgeable about all of the merchandise. Terrible to deal with if product is defective.

My experience was not favorable - customer service was terrible! The old ladies that worked in the store were so rude and unhelpful that I left before buying anything. It's a shame because the selection was good - now I have to drive to Tampa to buy the shoes I love.

GREAT customer service - a truly FULL service shoe store with courteous personal service. They measure and fit for problem feet, great selection of sizes and widths, also the BEST brands! The employees are GREAT and make you feel like you are the most special person. I would recommend this store to everyone!!
