I needed someone very knowledgeable about pools who wouldn't take all day and Jeff was definitely the right person! He knew exactly what my problem was and was able to give me accurate price quotes of what i needed. Excellent Service and Knowledgeable. Our pool needed to be resurfaced and not being from the area, we did not know who to call. I picked and called four contractors from the internet (from Lakeland area), which three responded. After reviewing all the quotes, we selected Jeff's Pools Plus to perform the work, including adding a heat pump, hand railing and tile edging around the steps to their scope. Dennis answered every question before and during the process along with inviting my mother-in-law to watch the refinishing while we were out of town. Our pool turn out beautiful. The true test of a company's quality is how they respond when asked to go above and beyond. Simply put, Jeff personally came out on a holiday week end with less than 12 hours notice, putting us first because we had a memorial day pool party scheduled,diagnosed and solved our problem and did so charging no ''EMERGENCY" extra rates. Jeff's Pools Plus is a quality company from top to bottom. In short, I called them last year because I was unhappy and fed up with another quote... "Premier big time" pool company that didn't live up to they're claims, guarantees, etc. My point is Jeff and his techs restored my faith in homeowner pool service again. He completely re-balanced the water for my fairly new salt water pool. The generator was serviced as well. His company has done an outstanding job with reliable service ever since.
