I called Charles at INtegral Tech for help with our printers and computers at my business. I had gone through several IT companies over the years, and I was extremely disappointed with their support. Charles came out and resolved my issues within about an hour. He offered my company a "trial run" to sample the tech support they offer. Being able to test their support before signing a contract was a huge deal for me. I have gotten tied to many contracts over the years and later regretted it. Needless to say, I still use Integral Technologies & Charles to support my office.
