This hotel is pretty but not functional. No lights by the sofa, a counter at the end of sofa is inconvenient, a useless countertop with no functionality, not even an outlet. Coffee pot in bathroom. Should have been in seating area on the useless countertop. Sink in bathroom too small. Fridge in dresser cabinet hard to open, micro-oven in cabinet on other side of dresser too low for use, especially by older adults or someone with back problems. Upper cabinets all open in same direction of each other making it difficult to use. Not enough drawer space if staying longer than over night. I was very disappointed in this hotel and room for the amt, ($165) we had to pay per night, not to mention, we were given the wrong rm # disturbing the occupants. That was embarrassing to say the least. We ask for a first floor suite cause I'm handicap, but was put on 3rd floor. They said upon arrival no suites were on the first floor.
