      East Polk LLC get's an A+ from me as I am an out-of-state company with 4 Cleaver Brooks Boilers that were in major need of particular parts that my company here in Michigan, for whatever reason, could not obtain.
      I started surfing the web to see if I could find the parts on my own since it didn't seem like my in state company was very concerned. That's when I found East Polk, and boy did they come through for me!
      I called there and maybe it was the tone of my voice that stressed the need but I was transferred directly to the owner of the company which took the time to listen and offered his wealth of knowledge about the subject.
      Between the owner and the girls in the office, which were also so nice and helpful, my parts problem was a thing of the past within days of my only call made to them. They HAVE my business!!
