My dogs turned out AMAZING! She was even able to groom my difficult dog. On time very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have a long haired dog that gets his hair tangled, Sharon’s expertise and patience with him is outstanding! My little boy gets nervous when without me, and when he sees her trailer pull up, he’s so excited!! She’s friendly, knows her grooming and provides excellent customer service!!

My wife had contacted Classy Canine and she had told Sharon, the owner, that one of our two terriers had bitten (me) and was difficult when last groomed, he wanted to kill the groomer. He can growl but since the first time when we had bitten him when I first brought him home, he has not bitten anyone. We made an appointment for 10/24 at 1:30 PM and on that day the groomer called my wife and said she would be at our home by noon and I told my wife I would not be at home. The groomer then told my wife she would be by when she finished her other dogs. She showed up well after 2:00 PM and stated she is only grooming one dog; I am not getting bite. I told her we had two dogs we wanted groomed, I was not happy, and she stated she would call her boss, left the house and went towards her vehicle. I went in the other room and when I looked out, she was gone. No explanation to me, no comments of any kind, she just left. Poor customer service, a dog groomer should be able to handle a difficult dog.
