The worst customer service ever! We had this company move 12 oak trees (which died due to only a 10x10 diameter cut out of the original root system) and repaired / replaced our sprinkler system which still to this day does not work. I had to request an itemized bill (owner wanted to give one total charge for labor and parts) and to document the one year warranty on the parts. When the sprinkler did not work (2 days after installation), we called and were ignored by the owner! I finally used someone elses phone # to get the owner to answer. The employee who came out told us, this is how the company works - when there is trouble; they send the employee to take the heat!!! STAY AWAY!
