Great service, they go the extra mile. Had a rush order, never expected they could complete my entire order, but they did! I was WOWed , my plaques and acrylics were excellent, My sales team loved their awards, so Bomar helped me Shine. I would never go anywhere else, I am a Bomar customer for life!

Ordered baseball trophies to be picked up friday morning. Couldn't make it until Friday evening but when I got there the trophie weren't there. Said oh, we have a problem. Never once did they call and advise of this problem during the week. THen they give a product that they say is more expensive, so they don't have to give a refund of any kind. Very disappointing. No communication or really seems like they didn't care.
