Bob's is a terrible business that doesn't even know employment laws. Be aware if you work for this company that if your employment does not work out, they will trash you to future employers and tell outright lies to prevent you from gaining future employment. Hey Bob's, you might want to look into the law. You are not allowed to elaborate on ANYONE'S employment with you. All you are allowed to tell future employers who call you about a past employee is their hire date, their end of employment date, and if they would or would not be eligible for employment with your company. If you don't feel they would be eligible for re-employment with you, and say so, you are NOT legally allowed to elaborate with details. Be waiting to be served by my attorney. Don't waste your time looking here job-seekers, they make promises they can't/won't/don't keep and then try to stop you from working anywhere else.
