Fecal, urine, and blood soaked donor chairs. The phebotomists are so pressed by management to make their numbers, that donor and employee safety is compromised. Management doesnt care about employees, they are seen just as another warm body to fill a position. I do not recommend working here. Management will treat you just like a number. There is no work/life balance, management doesnt care for anything other than making their production goals.
