I went there this morning for a contact lens exam. I purchased the $99 special, which includes two contact lens exams per year for 3 years,plus 20% off contacts purchased from them. I am already regretting it. The staff is rude, starting right when you walk in the door. the actual exam went ok, the Doctor is nice and professional. After the exam however, not so much. I wanted to order some colored contacts so I sat down across from a nice lady you got me some green and blue to try on to see if I wanted to purchase a box of colors from them. Everything was going fine until another customer walked in, and the lady at the front desk, whom I'm assuming is the manager came and told the lady that was working with me that she wanted me to go wait in the waiting area and to take care of the new customer that had just walked in the door. I was a little upset, being that I was already there and I was trying on contacts to potentially buy a box, which the nice lady had already told me was priced at $88 per box. it's like being seen by a doctor and having a nurse come in and interrupt the visits and asking you to go wait in the waiting area again, because the Dr needs to see a different patient that had just walked in the door. It was very rude. Needless to say I did not go in the waiting area I got up and left the building. Several times, a couple of different ladies came up and made rude comments to the nice lady that was helping me.I thought it was unnecessary and unprofessional. I don't know if they were having a bad day or if they just hate their job but I do know that I will be ordering contacts online from them because I paid a fee to be able to save 20% on the contacts that I purchase from them but I will not be back fo exams that come with the package that I bought. I know $99 is cheap, compared to what you get for it but it is still no excuse to treat patients/customers rudely. It was overall an unpleasant experience, I was not pleased with the service AT ALL. I will not go back and I will tell everyone I know just stay far away from there.
