I have also had same run in's with this management team. They have actually come into my apartment with out notice 3 times. Thank god I had visitors to catch them. Also when the management was called that there own Maintenance Team member was using drugs with another resident on property the management told the team members to cover there butt rather than investigating the allegations. Then the Team members retaliate against the residents. Not to mention the Manager and the maintenance guy are related. Shouldn't that be against policy???? This place is a dump. Wildwood Commons

It seems that the upper echelons of A & M properties have been at it again! During and USDA inspection one of the Supervisors from the main office saw fit to go through one of it's tenant's personal belongings while they were not at home. Is this a way to run a Property Management Company? Are the people in the main office given Cart Blanc to do what ever they wish, even if it is a violation of a persons Privacy? If I may suggest that this person retake the Florida BAR Exam to refresh they're memory of Florida Law, as this person is licensed by the State of Florida to practice law! It is another demonstration of the companies ability to be led by the nose from the inside!

We find this business to be highly unethical and unprofessional in its negotiations with many of the prospective buyers and/or residents of developments such as Lake Ashton. In our experience, we have observed that they routinely engage in pejorative, vindictive, and unlawful business and real estate transactions. They misrepresent themselves and proudly apply different criteria to different groups of people. Thusly, over the many years that they have been in business, they find themselves embroiled in several lawsuits that address illegal and unethical practices. For additional information on either A&M Properties or CRF Properties, contact the residents of the respective communities for which they are the developers, or real estate agents who are not associated with their respective sales/real estate offices for honest and unbiased assessments. In this case, remember the old adage ... Buyer Beware!! Good luck avoiding this business.
