We bought two recliner chairs from Lazy Boy. The chairs were everything that we wanted. After using them for a few days my wife began to break out with bumps and itching. She is violently allergic to formaldehyde. We left for several weeks out town and the itching was gone after a day or so. On returning the itch immediately was back and the only constant was the chairs. On contacting Lazy Boy we were informed that the fabric was only polyester and there were no additives. We contacted Vancolas to clean the chairs. Gary said he could not promise a solution to the problem but I insisted that he try. Gary and Garrison came and thoroughly cleaned the fabric. In doing so he discovered that the frame was press board and that the chairs were fabricated in China. We have had no more problem since the cleaning. These men do a fabulous job. Thanks, Gary. We have been using Vancola Carpet Cleaners since 2008 and have had them in to our home 10 times. They are amazing! They are quick and our carpets look like new! They are very careful with our furniture. Gary is always willing to answer questions about how to best care for our carpet (we have cats) between professional cleanings. And he has gone to a lot of trouble to fit me into his schedule when I needed it, even if that wasn't completely convenient for him. As long as they are in business, I won't go anywhere else! My daughter called them to clean my berber carpeting which had a lot of cat accidents and they did a super job, my carpet is as clean as the day I moved into the house and I will definitley use them again. Very friendly and explained what they were going to do. I had my whole house done, 2bdrms, living room and dining and they are very reasonal.
