Do not hire this Contractor for anything. The business is a joke and is not really a construction company at all. It consists of the owner himself (no other employees) and is not capable of doing any substantial projects. That, and coupled with the fact that he is known as a untrustworthy shyster, who over charges for everything he does, should cause concern for hiring him for anything. More times than not, he does not finish the work he starts for others, and then sues them in court. This has happened many times and is quite well known locally.
