      Everyone at this Monarch is friendly and knowledgeable! I've even told a few friends about this office. Dr. Horner is crazy smart, and Dr. U is very professional! The front office staff is always smiling, and welcoming! I actually look forward to my dental appointments now!

      Had a cavity filled with this office - within a few months the filling started crumbling away. I not only had to sit through another filling, they tried to charge me again to repair the horrible job they had done in the first place! I have since switched from Monarch completely.
