These people caused me a LOT of wasted time and energy. When you're setting up your account they ask you this security question: "What was the name of your first pet". Well, imagine my frustration when NONE of my dog names matched so I couldn't set up a on line account page OR set up auto pay. I had to go through their customer service line and they ONLY accepted my demand for auto debit when I told them I had no use for their company if I couldn't be signed up for auto debit. I've got to much on my plate to make a trip into Metro PCS and PAY $3 a month just to keep my phone on. Then this month my CC was due to expire so once again, I couldn't open up an account on line to update my payment info because NONE OF MY DOG NAMES WORKED. I had to take off work today to go into a corporate office to show my ID because NONE OF MY DOGS NAMES were accepted. I AM FURIOUS to learn that MY FIRST DOGS NAME - ACCORDING TO THE METRO PCS IN SAGINAW IS - WAIT FOR IT...... "SAGINAW". Apparently the owners of this METRO PCS satelite office felt it was OK to deliberately sabotage me by NOT entering in the password I selected.... SMART.... I guess they were counting on me coming in every month and paying their $3 fee for taking my payment. To hell with them. I'll never spend another dime in that store again.

So keep in mind.... if your password doesn't work, go to the corporate MetroPCS on Jacksboro highway and get them to change your SAGINAW password for the REAL password you provided.
