We offer General Lawn Care Maintenance and Power Washing. We have 2 plans to chose from. Either Monthly Billing or Per Visit Billing.Monthly Billing gives you Basic Lawn Maintenance (Mow, Trim, Edge, Blow) on a weekly basis from April 1st to Oct 31st and Bi-Weekly from Nov 1st to March 31st. Per Visit Billing we will swing by weekly and if work needs to be done we will do it if not we will skip a week, Or if you call to have work done,and we only bill you when the work is done.

We accept cash and credit cards. We will email your bill to you and you can either pay online or while we are there doing service. Invoices are emailed on the 1st of the month and are due by the 20th. Ifpayment is not received by the 30th of each month, service will be halted until payment is received.We also offer referral bonus's to our customers.**1st. For every referral that remains active for 2 months, the referring customer will get a $20 credit.**2nd For every active customer that refers 10 customers and the referredcustomers stay active and current for 3 months the referring customer will get free Basic Service for 2 months.
