2 months after they "repaired" my fridge it started doing the same thing so since they had a 90 day warranty, I called them again. Unfortunately it was Saturday and he told me that he didn't have a tech to come out but would send someone on the following Monday between 10 and 12. No one showed and 3 frustrating phone calls later, he called me and admitted that he forgot. Eventually someone did come out close to 5 and said the board needed to be changed and he would see if they had the part and repair it the next day so I pushed back my flight the next day since my husband generally has a full day of work. The original guy came the next day and said the repair was something different and would have to be ordered. That was on a Tuesday and my husband had to work out a time with them but 2 days later, no one had called so he called them and they finally came out the next day. Now, about $400 dollars later, the fridge is doing the same thing and can't get a return call.
