This is the worst cleaning I've ever seen. We asked for a full/deep cleaning of our 1 bedroom condo to put on the market for sale. Immediately we should have known better when she brought her 2 young daughters to help (both under 15). In her profile it says she's trying to teach them to be young entrepreneurs... she's failing miserably!!
Both bathrooms were not touched, the sinks, the floors, the walls, nothing was touched. In the one bedroom we have, mini blinds were filled with dust... the walls we asked to be wiped down, were not touched. Under the bed was not vacuumed. They had to be told to vacuum the rug in the bedroom.
The living room mirrors were not touched, dust on the pictures, wall hangings. No furniture was moved. All of the balcony windows were cloudy with streaks, you couldn't see thru them. My husband had to redo them himself. The kids were tracking over the floor that she was attempting to mop (with a Swiffer type mop). We have cameras installed in the condo and let's just say there was little being done.
She did a fairly decent job in the kitchen with the stove and fridge but the kitchen wasn't completed. Microwave was not touched, top of the fridge wasn't touched.
This is the worst cleaning company I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! I don't foresee this company staying in business very long. The worst!! And then still had the audacity to expect full payment. They were there for 4 HOURS... The WORST!!
