The Lake Wales Care Center is a faith-based community service organization that offers a range of services to individuals. The center s services include transitional housing, holiday assistance, short-term financial assistance and home repair. The Lake Wales Care Center also features youth tutoring, mentoring and personal development programs, as well as a pregnancy care resource program. It also operates a thrift store.
