The branch of Bank of America is awesome, however I had a terrible experience where someone attempted tp do an illegal transfer through my account and right away Risk Management made me feel like a criminal instead of a victim. I had been a valued customer for years with no other problems. Not only that but I had worked for another bank for years and know not to give out my banking info. I was told that account would be closed which is protocol and would then it would be up tp the bank manager if we would open another account. I waited months, then the manager and I opened another account. Within 2 days risk management had closed the new account and said I could no longer be a customer of Bank of America. The same time this incident occurred I was told by an employee that BOA had been hacked into. RM denied it, but I know it was true. They must be on a power kick but it is an unfair way to treat a person. I know that if I had thousands of $$ there, would have had a diff ending
